    Was told by the doctor that the med, should help me control the systemic arthrirts(Sjogren syndrome /lupus) after 4-6 months of using the med.     Plaquenil and dry mouth and eyes - Sjogren's World I also don't find my mouth is as dry. I spoke to my mouth specialist about this and she found this all very interesting. She said that she previously didn't think that Plaquenil helped with dry mouth and eyes, but lately has been hearing the opposite and that I "provided very convincing evidence" that it does help.
